Review: What Clients Are Saying
The overall experience at this salon seems to be mixed, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction while others have had positive encounters. Many customers appreciate the affordability of the services, particularly the haircut and wash combo, which has been a staple for some regulars over the years. The pricing, although recently increased for some, was previously seen as a great value, especially for students and young professionals. Positive experiences highlight the skill of certain stylists. One customer noted that despite not using the specific products they requested, the stylist successfully achieved the desired look with a Korean perm, completing the service efficiently in under an hour. This indicates that some staff members are capable of delivering satisfactory results even when specific requests are not fully met. Overall, while there are significant concerns regarding customer service and communication, there are also instances of skilled stylists providing quality hair services at reasonable prices.
