Review: What Clients Are Saying
The overall experience at this salon, as reflected in customer reviews, is overwhelmingly negative. Many customers express disappointment with the quality of haircuts they received, often describing them as poorly executed and not meeting their requests. Several reviewers noted that the hairdressers did not listen to their instructions, leading to unsatisfactory results. Customers felt that their preferences were dismissed, and some described the service as condescending. The atmosphere was often described as unprofessional, with hairdressers seeming more focused on upselling memberships than on providing quality service. Despite a few positive mentions of initial visits where customers were satisfied with their haircuts, these experiences were overshadowed by subsequent visits that resulted in dissatisfaction. Overall, the consensus is that customers are unhappy with the service and quality of haircuts at this salon, leading to a strong recommendation to seek alternatives.
