Review: What Clients Are Saying
The overall experience at this massage and facial treatment place appears to be mixed, with some positive aspects highlighted by customers. Many customers appreciate the promotional pricing, such as the Kris+ deal at $68, which they find fair compared to the original price. Some reviews mention that the lymphatic massage itself was decent, indicating that there are skilled therapists available. However, the positive experiences are overshadowed by several complaints regarding the quality of service and aggressive upselling tactics. Customers have noted that the atmosphere can feel pressured, making it difficult to relax and enjoy treatments. Despite these issues, it seems that there is potential for a good experience, particularly if customers find the right therapist. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, many customers express dissatisfaction with the service quality and customer care.
